
Clue Director of Intelligence and Investigations appointed Chair of the techUK National Security Committee

We’re delighted to share that our Director of Intelligence and Investigations, Matt Horne has been appointed Chair of the techUK National Security Committee.
The committee brings together industry leaders to drive collaboration and innovation in national security. We look forward to engaging with the group and contributing to its important work.

Results of techUK National Security Committee elections announced – 2025-2027
techUK is delighted to announce the results of the 2025 National Security Committee elections.
Nominations and voting for the techUK National Security Committee took place over last month, with a record number of techUK members standing for election. The current term for those successfully elected is 2 years, with the next elections scheduled for the beginning of 2028.
The National Security Committee is composed of 23 techUK members, including 5 SME representatives and 18 larger companies. The number of individuals represented on the National Security Committee has been extended by 3 to reflect the election results. The Committee brings together a broad group of industry leaders from the National Security sector, who will champion industry’s interests and drive an ambitious programme of activity between techUK and its stakeholders across the National Security sector. The National Security Committee will act as the voice of the wider techUK National Security membership, and its primary focus is to address strategic concerns that impact the National Security technology sector.
