Clue User Conference 2022 – update on rescheduled train strikes

Clue User Conference 2022 – update on rescheduled train strikes
Oct 28, 2022
In response to rescheduled strike action, the Clue User Conference will begin 30 minutes later.

Announced Thursday (26th October), several planned train strikes have been moved to avoid a clash with Royal British Legion London Poppy Day, bringing some potential disruption to Clue customers travelling into and across London for the Clue User Conference taking place Thursday, 10th November:

Clue will be hosting the Clue User Conference as planned on 10th November at London’s Congress Centre on Great Russell St, WC1B 3LS.

  • We will be delaying the event schedule by 30 minutes to provide more adequate time for our customers to navigate partial or disrupted transport services. The updated agenda can be viewed here.
  • While Registration will remain open from 9:15am, the conference opening will now take place at 10:30am.

Why should you attend in person?

We understand disruption to your planned travel arrangements may make the decision to attend in person difficult.

Record numbers of Clue customers are excited to get together and connect in person. We believe this is an unmissable aspect of the event. On-site breakout sessions will provide valuable opportunities for customers to discuss challenges, share best practice, and develop foundations for long-standing community working groups.

Our Customer Success team will be contacting all attending organisations in the coming week. In the meantime, we will keep you informed of any further updates.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at customersuccess@cluesoftware.com.
