Brought to you by Global Government Forum and hosted by Simon Case, Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service, Public Service Data Live is a free-to-attend annual event for all UK civil servants responsible for advancing and refining the use of data across government, with the ultimate aim of improving public services for all.
Governments across the globe have identified improved use of data as key to better public services.
The UK government’s Declaration on Government Reform – which aims to harness innovations form the coronavirus pandemic into day-to-day policy making – highlighted the need to “put data at the heart of our decision-making, learning explicitly from the approach we have taken in responding to COVID-19”.
Public Service Data Live supports and strengthens the widespread community within government that is faced with implementing these data-driven innovations. Through interactive content sessions, roundtable discussions and focused networking, attendees benefit from cross-departmental insights, lessons learnt from real-life case studies and shared experiences of peers facing similar challenges. We look forward to welcoming you to the event.
The Measuring Success and Impact: Fraud and Economic Crime toolkit equips counter-fraud teams with essential tools to demonstrate the tangible value of their work, as proving impact becomes increasingly vital.
